Description
The Passion Flower tote is a medium sized tote with a zippered closure and strap accents on the exterior. The pattern can be made with either shoulder length straps or shorter handles. It also has a crossbody strap which can be omitted if you are making the shoulder straps.
There is one exterior slip pocket with a magnetic snap closure however, a turn lock can be used in place of the magnetic snap to add your own creative touch. Many tester bags used twisted strap rings however you can use regular rectangle rings or any strap rings you have on hand.
Inside the bag are 3 slip pockets and a zippered pocket.

2/3 yard Exterior 1 fabric (44” W)
1/2 yard Exterior 2 fabric (Cork/Vinyl) (54” W)
Lining fabric:
1 yard Lining fabric (44” W)
Interfacing:
2 1/2 yards Fusible woven interfacing (44” W)
1/2 yard Fusible fleece (ex: Pellon Thermolam) OR Foam interfacing (45” W)
13 1/8” W x 4 5/8” H Peltex or sew-in interfacing
14 1/8” W x 5 5/8” H Foam interfacing

SEWING EXPERIENCE: This pattern is best suited to an intermediate bag maker but confident beginners could probably manage while following along with the video tutorial. It will probably take between 4-6 hours to make this bag. The longest part is to make and sew all of the strap accents.
